cfagent -p exit status

I've got a bit of a pre-commit check on my cfinputs repository that
makes sure that cfagent -p succeeds before allowing a checkin, however
it seems that in recent versions cfagent always exits with 0 regardless
of how many errors the parse check found.

I'm using 2.0.8p1 (he says cautiously, expecting a response along the
lines of "upgrade! upgrade!").
