resolv.conf problems...

I tried to update our resolv.conf files with a resolve stanza.  The new 
contains has fewer lines that the old.  cfengine correctly wrote the new 
info into the file, but it didn't seem to replace the file.  I still 
have the tail of the old file?  Is this a bug?  Sure seems like one.

We are running 2.1.0b7.  2.1.1 time?
