I think linolil's real question is, "What do the messages 'Tidying
Spool Directories' and 'Tidying home directories' really mean, and do I
need to worry about them?". I've included the relevant sections of the

I think I can answer at least part of the question. I'm guessing
that, since cfengine has special intelligence recognising home
directories, it deals with them separately, and so the part that says
"Tidying home directories" really means "...if any 'home' tidy actions
exist", ie. there may be no action corresponding to the message. The
Spool one I can't answer.
Can someone confirm the guess, or answer the spool question?
