Ankur,
Can you be a bit more specific on what seems to be the problem ? Do you 
have a problem writing/compiling your cgi application, executing it with 
apache, configuring apache ? Do you get error messages link errors etc...
I'm certain the readers of this list will be able to help you out, but we 
need a bit more details... please specify also what developement platform 
you're on, if you're working on a cgi or fcgi application etc...

PS: How can a company (Motorola) motivate it's personell/clients when this 
same company prefers
to standardize internally on competitor's producs (wintel) over it's own 
products (G4/MacOS or LinuxPPC) ?
