Do you need another semicolon after the 100000?

I set a cookie with a timeout of 100000 seconds.  The cookie stays alive
for the duration of the session and will not persist to another session.


The line to the browser is:
Set-Cookie: FTWEBCALPHONE=cookievalue; Max-Age=100000 Version=1

Does anybody have a clue why this is not persisting?
Is there a max age for a cookie?
