debbugs.gnu.org has a huge system load today.
The cause might be host 141.80.181.40 trying to download hundreds of
bug reports.
http://141.80.181.40/ shows me a Guix page.
If this host is doing something debbugs related, please could it stop?
Otherwise, if anyone else is trying to download the entire database one
bug at a time, please stop. :(
