A short search on the debbugs.gnu.org database shows, that there is
exactly one message from you (address njackson@posteo.net), reporting
bug#75209. It's date is
Date: Mon, 30 Dec 2024 18:48:31 +0000 (1 day, 13 hours, 47 minutes ago)
That means, you are able to submit a new bug, but you cannot reply to a
bug's message.
