FYI, it is set as:
temporary-file-directory's value is
"c:/DOCUME~1/jrancier/LOCALS~1/Temp/"
Documentation:
The directory for writing temporary files.
Defined in `files'.
I'll strip my .emacs down. Thanks.
Jeff

ange-ftp does not add hooks to interfere with printing. The only
thing I can think of is that this `nt-ps-print-buffer' function you
keep referring to prints via a temporary file in the current directory,
or you have `temporary-file-directory' set to ".".
I would suggest removing all your printing configuration (including
`nt-ps-print-buffer') and starting from scratch, as you should not need
to do much more than set `lpr-printer-name' if your printer will
accept postscript.
