Can I convert an emacs filename to a windows pathname using any emacs built
in functions? I have come across 'convert-standard-filename' but as I have
bash set as my shell this function won't do anything.
I can copy and paste the bits of convert-standard-filename that do the work
and create a new function that always converts but that feels like
unnecessary duplication.
thanks
Barney
