One of the switch statements in tables.c (@ line 229)
has a default label but has no statement following
that label. That is not valid C, which requires a
statement following the label (K&R A9.1, ANSI 6.6.1).
The attached patch provides a break; statement (a type
of jump-statement) as recommended in K&R 2nd Ed. 3.4.
