That is a very good idea.

When internationalisation is enabled, software written with gengetopt
would also need to have gengetopt's localisation files available.  I
imagine that these will simply become a package dependency in most
distros.  But it would be nice to be able to choose not to have this
dependency with a command-line switch.

OK, I'll look in to making those changes.
