hello,
i compiled gift for several times now with different prefixes and it doesn't
work.
this is my last configure line:
$ ./configure --prefix=/home/www/gift/ --exec-prefix=/home/www/gift/
here is the directory-structure:
$ ls /home/www/gift/
bin data htdocs images include lib share src thumbs
the add-collection command:
$ gift-add-collection.pl --gift-home=/home/www/gift/data/
--image-directory=/home/www/gift/images/fotos --collection-name="Testbilder"
--thumbnail-dir=/home/www/gift/thumbs
causes this error:
Can't exec "/usr/bin/gift-extract-features": No such file or directory at
/usr/local/bin/gift-add-collection.pl line 498, <LOCALELIST> line 263.
this is correct, because the binaries are stored in /home/www/gift/bin. the
script shouldn't use /usr/local/bin/gift-add-collection.pl, but
/home/www/gift/bin.
i also tried other configure-prefixes to influence the path of the commands
with no effect.
output of the compilingscript:
sed
"s:__EXECBINDIR__:/usr/bin:g;s:__PERL_LOCATION__:/usr/bin/perl:g;s:__BINDIR_
_:/usr/share/perl5/GIFT:g;s:__DATADIR__:/usr/share/libmrml0:g;s:__LIBDIR__:/
usr/lib:g;s:
this are not the right paths. and the directory /usr/share/perl5/GIFT
doesn't exist. is there any other possibility to influence the paths?
greeting
florian clauss
