OK. I have made the hypertext by the following command sequence. (maybe...)

        % tar xzvf global-4.0.1.tar.gz
        % cd global-4.0.1
        % gtags -v
        % htags -vafFln

        -F: generate frame.
        -f: generate search form.

Would you please try this?

        % man htags
