[Help-glpk] Program taking forever.

I have a program which has 200 binary variables and 1000 constraints.
The constraint matrix is all binary values where each constraint must be
greater than 0.  

I'm using version 4.8 and using glpsol.exe.  It has been executing for
60 hours and I'm still do not have an answer.  Are there any options I
can use to speed up the execution?  Would moving up to 4.10 help much?
