Thank you for your comments.

0700 is assigned by cp, which is used to copy pdf and djvu files from
temporary directory to glpk directory. I do not know why it does that;
for example, files created by sed are assigned 0666 permission. I think
just to assign 0666 to all pdf files in the tarball that must resolve
the issue.
