To build glpk 4.38 I used two batch files w32/Build_GLPK_with_VC9.bat
and w32/Build_GLPK_with_VC9_DLL.bat included in the glpk distribution.
In both cases glpsol successfully generated and solved the model
(please see the output below, which is identical in both cases).
