Hello Tony,

GLPK comes with a standalone solver glpsol.exe.
For 32bit Windows you find it in directory w32, for 64 bit Windows in
directory w64.

You can also use GLPK as a library in your own C or Java program. You will
find
the libraries also in w32 and w64.
