http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/examples/scripting/scripteddatasource/
gives an example of a scripted data source.

If you want to run your GLPK model online you could use GLPK-Java
to call GLPK in the Java class supplying the data. From my first
glimpse on the documentations it seems, you will need
an IGetParameterDefinitionTask to obtain the parameters
controlling your model.

If you only need an offline solution for reporting you can
create csv files or fill SQL tables from GLPK and report on these.
