[glpk xypron]

Hello Francesco,

./configure; make; make check; sudo make install
is used for Posix systems. On a 64bit system a 64bit binary
will be compiled.

For Windows use the 
glpk-4.47\w64\Build_GLPK_with_VC10_DLL.bat
to compile a 64bit binary.
