I did that then ran ./configure. That ran without errors. When I
typed "make", I got this error:

gcc -c -I. -I. -I./../include -g -O2 -W -Wall -W -Wall -ansi -pedantic -Werror
-Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wwrite-strings -Wno-format
-DGLOBAL_DB_LIST_FILE=\"/usr/local/etc/gnats/databases\" -DGNATS_USER=\"gnats\"
p fconf -b fconfig -d ./fconfig.y
make[1]: p: Command not found
make[1]: [fconfig.c] Error 127 (ignored)
gcc -c -I. -I. -I./../include -g -O2 -W -Wall -DHAVE_CONFIG_H
-DGLOBAL_DB_LIST_FILE=\"/usr/local/etc/gnats/databases\" -DGNATS_USER=\"gnats\"
gcc: fconfig.c: No such file or directory
gcc: No input files
make[1]: *** [fconfig.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/wes/gnats/gnats'
make: *** [all-gnats] Error 2

I'm trying to dig through the make process to find out why. Has
anyone else seen this? I can't be the only one having trouble building
