Dear Sir/Madam,

         Problem 1:
I'm getting the arrival date, modified date,
closing date as 1969-12-31 18:59:59 (consistent) for
all new & edited problem reports. It is not displaying
the current updated system time. I have cross checked
the system time in my linux machine where GNATS is
installed, which is set correctly. Similarly my system
time is configured to EST. This is a serious problem
since, I'm unable to track the changes or updates done
on Problem reports based on date field query.

Please let me know if u have any suggestions
regarding this.

Problem 2:
The second problem is when I a log Problem
report through create option the same message is
logged twice or thrice with consecutive PR numbers.
When I query the database and check, there will be two
or three problem reports with the same/similar data
present inside & index & audit trial files were also
updated with duplicates.
Please suggest me how to overcome this
duplication of Problem Reports.

Thanks & Regards
