Is there a way to specify an escaped octal character e.g. \223, on
either side of a replace-regexp ... or in any other kind of replace?
I've tried double backslashing, and trawled through the O'Reilly GNU
Emacs book but found nothing. Relatively new user, so apologies if this
is a dumb question.
Thanks,
Antony
