If you started with a file like:
--------------------
<!--Test-->
This should be deleted
<!--End of Test-->
This should not be deleted
<!--Test-->
This should be deleted
<!--End of Test-->
--------------------
and replaced the regexp with "", was the part that says "This should not be
deleted" deleted?
