Re: Emacs 21.3.1 Printing on Windows XP

Hello All ..

 I am trying to send print jobs by clicking "Print Buffer" from Emacs
21.3.1 on Windows XP.  The application hangs up and no print job is
done. I modified the .emacs file with printer-name set to
<\\printserver name\printer name>. It did not work. I tried specifying
the printer-name to local port (say LPT2) plus running net use
command. It failed.  The only case it worked is when I ran the "net
use" command on the print server and used LPT1 port (LPT2 always
fails)
Yet, when I logged on test client computer as end user, user still
could not send print jobs.  Any insights please?
