I meant to write:
• octal as in C-q 2 0 0 3 0 ... C-q 2 0 0 3 7 = ‘ ’ ‚ ‛ “ ” „ ‟ (end
with non-digit)
It doesn't seem to make a difference whether you start with 0 or
without.
