indentation not working for f90 with upper case DO etc

I find that emacs won't indent f90 files when do /end do ; if
then/end if etc. are upper case.

Is there some flag I need to set? Or do I have to add the upper case
keywords somewhere into f90.el?

Regards, George Nurser.
