Difference of Qt and Qnil

From: Herbert Euler

I see in ``lread.c'' that the initialization of `Qt'
and `Qnil' are different:

 Qnil = Fmake_symbol (make_pure_string ("nil", 3, 3, 0));

 Qt = intern ("t");

`intern' calls `Fintern', which uses `NILP'.  This
seems to be the reason why they are initialized
differently. And the string "nil" is in pure storage,
while "t" is not.

Is this correct?  Thanks.
