emms and mplayer - regain focus

I was wondering what the best way might be to have emms return focus to
the playlist buffer when launching a video/tune using mplayer in slave
mode. Currently I have mplayer configured to come up on xineramascreen 1
but it steals focus from emacs when emms talks to it.
