I'm glad to report that emacs 24 devanagari itrans input method is improved over 23 There are some issues: Wheres the avagraha? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avagraha And if its not there whats the elisp way for adding the following to the input method: please insert the unicode no xxx when the the key sequence yyy is entered?
