Disabling autosave as much as possible during mail processes greatly
reduces the frequency of freezes and lockups, but I still cannot get
rid of the "saving" process when I initially launch compose-mail.
(1) What is actually be saved? The draft buffer is not even loaded
yet, and compose-mail does not kill any buffers.
(2) How can I disable this?
The only way I "fixed" the 'accept-process-output with quit inhibited'
freeze was to grep search the message and replace it with a call to
the error function (as prescribed in a thread on the issue from a
while ago). Has anything better been proposed since?
