tramp-adb does not support port numbers (yet). Could be added, but at
least I can't do it just now (I will move to a black hole called
"vacations", being back mid of October).
Somebody to volunteer?

PS: maybe it is worth that you write an Emacs or Tramp bug report, in
order not to forget it.
