Maybe it should be on the `Help' menu somewhere.

[My library `menu-bar+.el' puts `finder-by-keyword'
on menu `Help' > `Learn More' > `Emacs Lisp' >
`Locate Libraries By Keyword'.  But I haven't added
a menu item anywhere for `finder-commentary'.]
