Correct.  And you have no arguments left except to tell me to find another 
editor.  But if I can convince on the use of emacs, changes to the code style 
could be achieved later on.  But changing for the sake of using emacs will 
certainly get blocked.

It looks like that electric-indent-mode was the rattle snake that bit me.
