Recommended package for you is Hyperbole, as you may follow this links
in curly brackets by pressing M-RET:
1. You could find a library by using {M-x find-library RET rx RET}
2. Once you find a library you could find the working directory:
{M-x find-library RET rx RET M-x pwd RET} and if working directory
is in original Emacs working directory then file most probably is
part of Emacs.
