I don't know what those parameters do. I think you are referring to
some kind of model parameters.
I consider models to be user data. There are so many models that there
is no way I can keep up with them all. The current focus is not to add
every possible model, but rather to build the tools so you can do it.
Gnucap is the only free simulator with a model compiler.
Ideally, models would be developed in a portable modeling language that
could be used by all simulators. That way, the simulator developers do
not need to develop models at all. There is a strong trend in this
direction, using Verilog-A. I do plan to add full Verilog-A support,
both interpreted and compiled. For now, this is the highest priority.
