Short answer ... Convergence failure during transient analysis,
count exceeded "ITL4".
Try increasing ITL4 .. ".option ITL4=100". (default value is
20).
I will send another mail in a day or so about how and why this
works, and how to determine that, but I wanted to respond
quickly, hence this short mail.
