Hi Al and all,

is there an option to ignore unknown model parameters?
I haven't found one in the docs.

I'm using gnucap 0.35

gnucaps exits it there's an unknown parameter:
---------------
* gnetlist -g spice-sdb -o dc_current.net dc_current.sch
... 805.84E-18  N=1.0246  RS=50.000E-3  IKF=362.16E-6  CJO=1
                                        ^ ? what's this?
----------------

ngspice17 warns but continues:
----------------
Circuit: * gnetlist -g spice-sdb -o dc_current.net dc_current.sch

Error on line 13 : .model bas116 d  is=805.84e-18  n=1.0246
rs=50.000e-3  ikf=362.16e-6  cjo=1.9002e-12  m=.35193  vj=1.2722
isr=298.95e-15  bv=113.30  ibv=10  tt=1.0230e-6
        unrecognized parameter (isr) - ignored

        unrecognized parameter (298.95e-15) - ignored
ngspice 65 ->
----------------------

Regards
Werner
