Ok, thanks. As far as I know, I'm missing recutils. I'd also like to know if I can use gnunet efficiently on mobile devices.

I guess you install from git master.
We (very recently) added an additional dependency for builds from git (not the tarball): recutils
It will be added to the documentation upon release.

I am not sure if you also missing other dependencies, the specific error(s) would be helpful.
