MBR been overwritten by OEM softwares

Hi Nagaraj Hegde :)

I think you might be having the same troubles as the "GRUB2 Multi-Boot Menu Problems" problem.  When you boot up into Windows avoid the one that is the recovery and find the one that gets you to the normal Windows desktop.  The menu labels are probably the wrong way around and so i think you keep booting into the Windows "Recovery Mode" and then you keep trying to "fix" the MBR from there.  Don't!!!

If you find that you have been booted into Windows Recovery Mode by mistake then avoid doing anything except just rebooting your machine.

It is not you being bad, it is the menu's fault but it is important that you find a way to work-around this problem.
Good luck and regards from
Tom :)
