1) You say that /boot is in the EFI system partition but the kernel seems to be loaded from the btrfs filesystem. 2) Why is the root= parameter present twice with different values in the kernel command line ?
3) The LUKS device and the root filesystem cannot have the same UUID.
4) Please post the output of lsblk --fs and the contents of /etc/fstab.
