It was a typo, try looking at this archive now:

http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/gsasl/gsasl-1.5.2-x64.zip
http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/gsasl/gsasl-1.5.2-x64.zip.sig

Be sure to make sure you aren't getting a stale cached copy.
