Hello GSL
In order to compare 2 matrices,
I use gsl_fcmp to compare their coefficients:
I was very surprised when I realized that
gsl_fcmp(1e-33,0,8.0*GSL_DBL_EPSILON) gives +1
whereas I expected 0
Is a feature or a bug ?
