[Help-gsl] GSL Under Windows

Hi (with apologies for cross posting)

One of our developers would like to compile our linux gsl based c++ app under 
windows. Is it possible to use gsl under windows vstudio? Can anyone point me 
to documentation / packages or any other resources that explain how this is 
done?
