[Help-gsl] Lush 0.99 and gsl 1.4

*Hello,

   I have some troubles with gsl if I load gsl like in the 
documentations I get some strange errors.

One of them is a typo in /usr/include/gsl/gsl_const.h

The other is a missing declaration:

I would love to see this working properly. The system is p4-linux 
gentoo. Once it works fine here I will try to compile it on a ppc-linux 
and finally on ppc-darwin70
