Hello,
There is a blas function gsl_blas_dtrsv that solves for upper or lower
triangular matrices, e.g.
gsl_vector_memcpy(x, b); /* x <- b */
gsl_blas_dtrsv (CblasLower, CblasNoTrans, CblasUnit, L, x;)
