[Help-gsl] using GSL with borland

Hi,

I am trying to use GSL for the first time and having problem to link them
with borland. I sed implib to generate the .lib files for both gsllib.a and
gslcblas.a  but I dont know what is th next step I tried to add the paths to
ilink.cfg fiel but it didn't work. Give mea step by step information how can
I link gsl with borland on windows.

I would really appreciate your help.
