[Help-gsl] Help: gsl problem with Dev-c++

Dear lists,

I am trying to use gsl with Dev-C++ and failed in the first attempt of run.

Had the gsl-1.8.exe installed to C:\Dev-Cpp and the compil and linking is 
success.
However when I try to run the excutable an error message pop up as;

This application has failed to start because libgsl.dll was not found.

I then copied the libgsl.dll and libgslcblas.dll to the directory where the 
excutable is running
and it seems worked. It would be anoying if these .dll files have to be copied 
every time. Could any one out there point me a solution? I am running on 
Windows XP and considering
switch to Vista.
