Hi,

I had the same problem as you. I think you also installed your gsl into 
/usr/local/include. If you move the gsl folder from here to '/usr/include' 
and all *gsl* files from '/usr/local/lib' into '/usr/lib' your problem will 
be solved. At least, in my case it helped.
