[Help-gsl] Help

Dear lists,

I am trying to use gsl with Dev-C++ and failed in the first attempt of run.

Had the gsl-1.8.exe installed to C:\Dev-Cpp and the compil and linking is
success.
However when I try to run the excutable an error message pop up as;
Could any one out there point me a solution? I am running on
Windows 7.
