Hi again everyone,FYI I just released version 2.2.1, which contains a bug fix introduced in 2.2 where the Cholesky decomposition behavior was not backward compatible. The original behavior is restored, but the old cholesky routine (gsl_linalg_cholesky_decomp) will eventually be deprecated in favor of the new one (gsl_linalg_cholesky_decomp1).
